This event focuses on the intriguing as well as important relationship between religion and mental wellbeing.
A number of speakers will be sharing their own experiences of faith and emotional wellbeing from Jewish, Muslim and Pagan perspectives. There will also be an opportunity for others to share their thoughts and personal perspectives during the open discussion that will take place afterwards.
The event is open to anyone and everyone, to people of religious faith and to people of no religious faith.
